Tom1200
Anyone know if shims discs etc are still available for Nismo LSD? After last weekend's race I've decided I want to tighten mine up a little; the rear suspension on my car has fairly limited droop travel and during rapid transitions it's possible to get a little bit of wheel spin. Jelmer C31
Maybe C200/R200 LSD's share the same parts? I tried a R33 R200 stub axle in my H190 LSD and it fitted perfect. Quote Link to comment
G-Duax
Pretty much are the same. I took plates from a Nismo R200 from an R32 GT-R, and they fit right into my H190. On mine, I took the spring disks out, and replaced them with additional outer disks. Now, it not only is a little bit softer during light throttle, but locks harder under heavy throttle. 69srl311
I would think that if you have a wheel in the air the posi will be unlocked unless you have spring discs in it. I set mine up like G-Duax. No springs, coast through turns, less wear. Quote Link to comment
G-Duax
Not so much fully unlocked, but with a light drag, as long as you don't turn the wheel too fast, and the trans is in neutral. Any torque on the driveshaft at all, and the diff will start to bite. Quote Link to comment
Jelmer C31
What parts from here are needed to upgrade the diff: https://www.nengun.com/nismo/lsd-repair-parts Quote Link to comment
