It bolts right up but the ports are not a perfect match. In fact there is one section where there is probably only a 16th of an inch sealing area on the gasket. I am running a 240 intake on a 1995 hardbody engine. Works fine but at rebuild time I will put the 240 head on the truck block. Make sure you get everything missing sensors are expensive to chase down individually and maybe you should keep this on one thread so we don't have to find your next question because you will have a bunch. I purchased a whole 240sx engine because I got tired of chasing one piece at a time.

This will technically work.. but it must be a SOHC head from the 240 - just be aware the cams will be different between the two and will require some changes to make work from what I've read.

 

The DOHC head won't work due to the oil/coolant galleys not matching as well as the difference in timing chain.
