Michael Rankin
Anyone know where I can get a small diameter crank pulley ? Quote Link to comment
Stoffregen Motorsports
Rebello had a batch of them made about 15 years ago and couldn't give them away. When I left Rebello he still had a box full of them. Try giving them a call. Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
Anyone know where I can get a small diameter crank pulley ? Why??? Easier to make a larger water pump or alternator pulley if wanting to slow them down. 1 Quote Link to comment
Stoffregen Motorsports
On a L4, the water pump and crank pulleys are so close to touching each other already that a smaller crank pulley may be the better way to go. Quote Link to comment
scooter
Some chevy water pump pulleys work if you drill the center a little bit bigger, and they are slightly larger than stock. Spacing is similar. Dont know if it would hit on the stock pulley, but it doesnt hit on my setup (ati damper with chevy lower pulley) Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Could you chuck it in a lathe and turn it down? Appears to be a cast one piece Quote Link to comment
Michael Rankin
I ended up buying the BHJ race pulley (4" vs 6" diameter) thanks for all the help. Quote Link to comment

Michael Rankin
I bit the bullet and bought a pulley dampner combination from Rebello, a little expensive but the right thing to do for a race motor. Quote Link to comment
Stoffregen Motorsports
Did you get the Nismo damper? Quote Link to comment
Michael Rankin
Don't know, since I'm new to 510's I trusted Rebello and Troy Ermish on this. 1 Quote Link to comment
