Click "quote" on bottom right corner of a post.

If you want more privacy click on their name or avatar and their profile page comes up. Select SEND ME A MESSAGE Top middle of page, looks something like this (yours)...  http://community.ratsun.net/user/46258-diego-zuniga/ .. Fill in SUBJECT and add your message. If you need more options select USE FULL EDITOR for pictures, emoticons etc. Check for errors and punctuation and hit SEND

 

The person you are sending to will get a red notification at top right of page. If they reply, you will get a notification top right. (looks like an opened letter with red 1) just above the 510 car.

I your using the mobile version you have to tap on the persons post and then the quote box shows up
