Generally not a huge rat rod fan, but this is pretty damned cool. Really nice work. It's screaming for a period grill and radiator though.

 

I like the underslung chassis. Being a diesel, you could do something really wild with the intake, some crazy stacks or something.

 

Or just tell me to shut up.

I love that you flipped the frame upside down to get the drop. never thought about that. how is the suspension being the leaf's are working the opposite way of their factory use?

 

also love the barn, I want a project like this but lack the area to build it.

I have been thinking of some modifications to the intake and exhaust...

 

The leaf springs work the same, since I reverse the stacking on them.  all they want to do is keep their shape.  Doesn't matter up or down.

For years i wanted that barn to fall, for insurance purposes. then realized i could fix it for cheaper than what i'd get from the insurance company.
