Noflers
Problem is, wiper motor didn't come with linkage arm. What's stopping me from drilling out the hole in the Datsun arm so that it fits over the Mazda shaft? The Mazda shaft is tapered slightly so it wouldn't be hard to press it on thereWill that work? Noflers
Perfect, I'll get back on it tomorrow. Did you plug the motor in to the car before you cut the shaft, or is the motor already at it's home position before plugging it in? Quote Link to comment

I plugged it in to make sure it was at its home position Quote Link to comment
Noflers
I've got the arm mounted to the stud now. I just need a nut that fits the Mazda shaft. Quote Link to comment
Noflers
Random matching nut to the rescue! Now I just need the piece that links the squeegee to the arm pivot. Quote Link to comment
