Thank you, I haven't done very much wood work in my life lol that was the first time my wood router had been used on something besides aluminum. It should be at least triangulated to be supported by the vertical bar like the right side. Maybe a much larger 6" gusset. All stress both up and down is now on the flimsy tube 'bumper'. It will fatigue and fold where it meets the vertical pipe. . Quote Link to comment
