Rick-rat
I have a 79 620 KC, l 20 and 4 speed. When I started my truck today it was making a noise that sounded like a like a loose rocker. When I pushed in the clutch the noise went away. Let the clutch out and ticking started again. Could it be the bearing on the input shaft starting to go out? Any advice or suggestions appreciated Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Well it's definitely something behind the clutch. With the clutch out everything spins in neutral but the mainshaft, everything, even if not under load. Quote Link to comment
