Alrighty folks i have the solution to this now. No one has the cable in stock so if you have the original cable. and no one around me will make one for me. so i made my own. "better" than what the eBay seller could do

tools required:
Welder
lathe (mini will work, or 3d printer if you're feeling ballsy)
angle Grinder.

vice with anvil

standard claw hammer

materials required:

ebay pack of 3 brake cables for nissan720 (i got a partial refund because they didn't fit i think i paid 15 for them 68 at full price)
.5 ft .5in steel bar $5

.25 ft 3/8 steel bar $2

Epoxy

Self Etching Primer(optional)
Spray paint (optional)
White Lithium grease

1)measure sheath length, (My 1984.5 KingCab 4x4 was 74.5in)
2) buy the shitty cable set off ebay, they won't fit but the connectors are right and if you can salvage some of your old sheath you can make it work with one connector they come in packs of three and will include new seals too.
3) Chop the cable at 1in either direction of the broken section (check for rust/ sheath condition)
5)Get some 1/8th in cable about 100in i got 10 ft to be safe
some 3/8in Steel rod  not a lot (you will use this to make the ferrils)

get some 1/5 in solid steel bar

6) go to lathe and bore one side out to 1/8 in through a 2in segment
7) chase that with a 3/8in bit going .75in blind hole

8 ) turn your piece and bore 3/8  at .75in depth blind and then chase with bore bar and widen it to fit your old cable (do this judiciously all cables are different)

9) mix a small bit of expoxy together and coat the inside of your new coupler
10)insert both ends and sucure together using zip ties

11) now bore a 1/8in hole in the 3/8 in bar about 1 in deep (i had a hard time getting my 3/8 ferrel to fit into reciever so you might want to take a couple thou off
12) Part off a 1/4 in ferril

13) Put a ridge 1/8th in from the end of your part to hold the seal , parth of a .5in ferril_

13) put on ferril on end of 1/8 in cable and crush in vice

14) Weld the tip just to be extra sure

15) insert cable into sheathe and test fit in car.

16) mark where connector is.
17) repeat 13 and 14 at the measured mark with your .5in ferril

18) install new front parking brake cable

18) Profit

Cheers boys
