macgyver
So I did a quick polish by hand.... They aren't perfect but match the look of the car. :). Going to leave them be and just roll with them as is. Probably hit them again for a final clean/buff. Before After 3 Quote Link to comment
510SSS
Sweet ride man, I remember seeing videos of this thing on youtube, and once the VVL kicks in on the VE that thing f-in rips. For sure keep it N/A that thing sounds amazing, nice choice on the rims too btw, I always thought longchamps were the best looking rim around. Quote Link to comment

macgyver
Just got some more lows. Dropped the rear another 1" or so to level her out. Hope I didn't loose any drivability. Just started raining so I'll test her out in a few. Hopefully. ;) 6 Quote Link to comment

q-tip
Wish I could keep it this low but my u joints don't like it! Back up she goes. That's an all to common issue, its too bad a CV kit is so damn expensive. Quote Link to comment
INDY510
go halfway back up ... there's a sweet spot where it still looks low, and the U-joints are okay. The wheels and staggered tires look awesome! Quote Link to comment
Lockleaf
Go Mexican 510. Swap in a solid axle! Quote Link to comment

q-tip
It sits perfect in my opinion, you go lover you start to hit things and the rear camber gets really bad. 1 Quote Link to comment

Being slammed was never that appealing to me anyways. It's like some guy had an ls400 and his shocks went out so he said that's the style Lolll Quote Link to comment

Duke
Too funny..... I'm really thinking about getting the cv conversion from the drive shaft shop with the r180 adaptors. Anyone here use that kit? I have the DSS kit on my car. It's been on there for almost 4 years of street driving, autocrossing, and hillclimbing with zero problems. Quote Link to comment
macgyver
So I'm now waiting patiently for Tuesday to come ....... DSS Cv kit should be arriving!!! Just Need to pick up my "new" r180 this weekend and should be ready for install by the end of next week! I found a R180 out of an 05 subaru legacy Gt with 4.11's. Going to loose some pick up but my highway cruising will be a little better compared to the 4:38's. Hopefully not too bad. Rt now I'm revving around 3800 at about 65ish. Quote Link to comment
q-tip
Damn that's some low gears, I will stand by that 3.90 is the best all-around ration for a 510. Quote Link to comment
macgyver
I know I know! I have to say she's really not bad at all with the 4.38's. Thinking i would be a little disappointed if I go 3.90's. That's a big jump from where on at. The main thing will be a much smoother ride at my ride height. Quote Link to comment
