Not a fan of poly. Too hard, so when parts move it holds to one but has to slip against the other leading to wear and worse... squeaks. Always use rubber for this. It grips both moving parts and will twist internally. Rubber also provides superb sound isolation, poly does not. I would use on the sway bar, but that's about it. If you do, do NOT ever use on the tension rods. Rubber allows the tension rod to move up and down naturally with the lower control arm movement. Poly anchors it solid, forcing the rod to flex. Metal fatigue will set in and the rod can shear.
