1974 260z, round top carbs question??

I have been wanting to get round top SUs for my 74 260z 2+2, but I don't know if the screw amount matters? I found some 3 screw type for pretty cheap but need a rebuild and don't have everything then I found some but they are 2 screw and they have everything and have been re-manufactured and aren't much more at all, just want to know before I made a purchase. Anyway any info helps,

I would imagine the throat size does and the number of mounting bolts. 240Z carbs are 46mm??? and have 4 mounting bolts.

The question of screw numbers refer to the # of screws that hold the dome on the body.  They are are a 46mm and have 4 mounting studs. I refurb the little darlin's.

Don't buy those, wrong size, you need 46mm, those are 38mm. You can do a lot better then $300! No linkage either

Look on the ad.... carbs have 2 mounting bolts, manifold has 4.
