just got a Datsun 521

Hi everyone just wanted to say hi. i just bought a 1971 datsun 521. am gonna start fixing this baby but i have no clue how. so i come to you. and the first thing i will like to change is the steering am not sure if it doesnt have power steerig or if it does that is so old i hard to drive. then will come the breaks. am trying to fix the safety part then will get to painting and all that nice looking stuff. thank you in advance.

Mexico 521 is likely a J series engine?

 

Power steering was only available on the '80 and up 720 so doubtful you have it.
