I ride to work and about 3km the way is on a trail/walkway/bike path. Winter is here and the leaves are all off the trees revealing the bushes are ornamented with dozens (I counted over 30 along a 20' length once) of small swinging doggy poo bags that people chuck. Very Christmasy. Literally... looks like shit. Second it was assumed we were talking about your personal shit.
