It's got lots a interior pieces left. Missing the wheelwell plastics. The windshield has two small rock chips about two inches from the top.

Idle: 50/50

Main: 140/140

Air: 170/165

Basically the only jets I had left.

The board clearly throws a monkey wrench in my plans to get those holder upper thing-a-ma-bobs for mine.... I will have ask scalpum if he could get windshield out without fucking it up..  Maybe that radio holder thing as mine was destroyed by a overzealous radio installer years ago.

Well, today was planned c notch day. But mother nature. ......I mean dipshit weather casters that regurgitate computer models for a living and keep their jobs for telling lies to get eyeballs glued to the tv.... wait I'm venting... fucking storm of the decade.. a leaf fell off my apple tree, but no apple...


Anyways. Yes I slept in lablue for 3 nights in longbeach WA For the rod run...

Ok. A little lower . First we did 4 inch blocks and heated the floor under the rear seat and took a hammer to it after we cut out the center bump stop mount. and that was bang bang city. Along with driveline rub. 20161015_115043_zpsqb6biiop.jpg

 

Today whilst the non wind event happened. Made some angled blocks and flipped a leaf.

First pic I have a 3500w gen set in the back. For incase. Second the gen set is removed. But the mods have been done. We decided against the notch today because of the "storm". Didn't want to be half way through plasma cutting or welding when power cuts out. Looked at his welder, said 7500w. Yeah at max but not gonna chance it...Next week maybe... pfa..

 On the trip to long beach, filled the tank all the way. Got back on the road and started smelling gas. Then I got a call from the guys following me saying that I was dumping fuel.  Turns out taking left hand turns the gas would start dumping on the road.  So, I investigated...

Got me a set of BMW ellipsoids...

Low beams.

The right headlightside hotspots is messed up. Someone put the bulb in the housing wrong and melted the housing. So now the bulds sits in at an angle killing the hot spot.

I'm running a relay harness for the low beams and on for the high beams.

And added a diode to keep the low beams on with the high beams. This is really important when going to HIDs. Because of the warm up time they have.

Put in a HID kit. 35w 3000k

 

The hotspots is still messed up on the right. Going to fix this soon. Got a replacement rear part for the light.

Put the weber air cleaner from my truck on. Along with a cover I had coated by Jrock. Told him dealers choice on the color.

Also, working on getting the side trim put on.  think im gonna keep just the stainless trim and not put on the steel pieces that go underneath. have the body color show.
