Th3QContinuum
I bought her about 2 years ago. We've been through a radiator repair, a new battery, and learning how to drive manual. Meet Fiona, my fiery red-head. I'll get some updated pictures eventually. In the meantime, I am new to working on her myself and I will have a lot of questions! 4 Quote Link to comment

Th3QContinuum
Alright, I have been driving around LA without reliable turn signals, which really isn't a big deal because no one uses them, but I feel like an ass. I was told I need a new turn signal switch. Any suggestions on where to find them for a reasonable price aside from posting in the classified section here? Let me know if there is a thread or link I missed! -I did replace the fuses. They keep blowing. -Headlights, high beams, brake lights and hazards all work fine. -The electrical wiring needs to be replaced, but that is a much bigger task than I have time for right now. Also, I'm working 7 days a week right now and don't have a good driveway/garage to work in. Any recommendations for a reliable and reasonable mechanic in the Culver City (or surrounding) area? It is surprisingly difficult to find mechanics willing to work on older cars sometimes. Quote Link to comment
Th3QContinuum
I can't tell if you are trying to help. If you are, that was the most vague response ever. Also, the picture is from about 3 years ago... Needs an altitude adjustment. Quote Link to comment
Stoffregen Motorsports
He said altitude as in ride height, not attitude as in personality disorder. He's saying you should lower your truck. Welcome to Ratsun! Quote Link to comment
DanielC
Banzai510 is really a lot more knowledgeable than his typing skills would indicate. Do not discount him. Many people on here like lowered 521 trucks. I use my 521 to do work, and like the stock height, and suspension travel. Electrical diagram. lights only electrical diagram. Make sure the four way flashers work first, then work on the turn signals. Quote Link to comment
Stoffregen Motorsports
Here's a source that shows lots of hard to find, mostly OEM parts. although I have never bought from them, they seem legit. http://www.new-datsun-parts.com/datsun-pickup-parts.html Quote Link to comment
