Possible you might be able to use the calipers. Custom brackets and lots of trial and error finding a rotor.



Then how huge will your wheels need to be to fit them? Then to find the balance between wheel fitment over the brakes and on the car. 

Brake bias will never be right. You'd proportion so much bias off the front your Brembo's will be useless, and a waste.

Here's another. If 747 disc brakes fit a 510 will it really stop any faster? Tire traction against the pavement is the limiting factor and once this limit is reached anything else is a waste. The 510 is also very light and responds well to a brake increase, even a modest increase. If you have large grippy tires and feel that they can handle more stopping power then give them a try... subject to the above post's cautionary message.
