Conner
Excellent. That is actually not a 320. The 320s were produced starting in 1962 and have enclosed door hinges. That truck has the external hinges. That, along with the rear window shape, make it either a 1961 223 or it could be a 1960 222 with the optional E-series 1.2 liter engine (based on the 1200 badge in your second picture). If it has leaf springs in the front it is an earlier 222. If not and/or the top of the grille says "Torsion Bar" under "Datsun" it is definitely a 1961 223. Either way it's a keeper. 3 Quote Link to comment

]2eDeYe
10 spline s but what diameter? Old Dana stuff was 10 spline with varying diameters. 1 Quote Link to comment
hosestop@msn.com
Drum brakes working fine , engine running good , my friend who bought it is a fork lift tech ,so he made it work (disc's later) , Re- driveline I think 1964 310 that I converted to a newer motor had same spline on trans , I thought was flange type but he said no . Anyway thanks for looking and will get more info ,almost driving 222. 2 Quote Link to comment
