Extended Cab on 620 Long Bed Frame

Since I have the 75 and 77 sitting side by side now, I can see the differences in the frames and I'm definitely going to swap the 77 KC Cab and short bed on to the 75 long bed chassis. I only have to cut off and move the forward bed mounts on the 75 chassis. For the rear bed mounts, all I have to do is drill new holes. I will also have to cut a couple inches off the rear end of the chassis rails.

Orange620 --- will you be starting a project thread on this, if so I'll be checking out whats involved, I'd like to do the same thing this winter.

Sure, I'l do that. The first thing I'm going to do is get both cabs and beds off, but I'll take some side by side comparison pictures first.
