I obey all laws because people with common sense POLICE THEMSELVES. The concept of privacy is a modern one, back when people lived in smaller conglomerates, everyone knew everyone else's business. Wouldn't you want this on the roof? Or at least much higher and away from a brick wall? You can get a 22' stick of 1.5" rigid and a few bags of concrete for less than $150. I'd think that would be a much more sound setup. Still the roof is best. Self ballasted if they won't let you fasten it. 2 Link to comment
