.sunlover
We made it out of bumper material, welded the 2 plastic pieces together, so its 1 piece now. Its a tri hull kayak/stand board. 1 Quote Link to comment

.sunlover
We are selling them, but we're also going to set up some rental places. Make money off them without selling anything. 1 Quote Link to comment

Tristin
What are the benefits to running this shape over any of the already established designs? Quote Link to comment
.sunlover
It gives you the ability to be in the water or stand over it, and it's stable enough, you can jump off, and pull yourself back on by the strap in the water. You don't have to be a pro to ride it, BC you can beat the shit out of it, fall off, whatever, and it doesn't require any special training to survive. I mean vs rolling a kayak. Quote Link to comment

TENDRIL
So lakes or rivers or any body of water Quote Link to comment
.sunlover
So lakes or rivers or any body of water Yep, I used to river tube, and I'd be a lot more comfortable going down rapids on this. I also noticed it would be great for fly fishing. Quote Link to comment
INDY510
It would make more sense if it was the exact same shape on the top and bottom ... so when you flip it over, you can crawl back on .... is it filled with foam? .. or does it have a drain plug? Quote Link to comment

The bottom is designed to channel the water for speed and a steadier forward direction BC you can only paddle 1 side at a time, but I doubt you can flip it anyway. I'm gonna try though :). Beating the hell out of it at the marina tomorrow. I figure of I can't break it, no one can :). Its hollow and sealed, it will have a drain plug, BC that's just what you do, but not tomorrow when I have the OK to go apeshit on it. Quote Link to comment
TENDRIL
Looks slippery on top Quote Link to comment
.sunlover
Looks slippery on top Its so you can move around on it, in the sitting position, there will be a small seat, and foam over where you'll be standing. Quote Link to comment
tr8er
On the real. If you want these to get some ocean attention, I know a videographer who is basically a watersports video guy. He's set up for this stuff. Not on my island, so I'll miss out, but I bet he'd check it out with a camera and show what it can do with waves. That may be down the road, but I thought I'd offer. Maui guy. Shoots surfing and kite surfing. 1 Quote Link to comment

Tristin
My question is can it be powered a way other than human? Strap an A-series on it and make it a mini Sundancer. 3 Quote Link to comment
