datzenmike
Those were the long 152.5mm Z rods with the flat top pistons with tiny valve reliefs?? Rev ok do you think:lol:? Quote Link to comment
HRH
I'm pretty sure Coleman is running an SR or turbo motor of some sort. I only know from reading Sport Compact Car and finding snippets on the Internet. Don't know him personally, unless he's cruising the board and wants to help fund another rally car in an effort to 1-2 finish, namely mine. :D DatzenMike: Yep, long rods, shorter pistons with no dish and very small valve reliefs. I'm actually really happy with this motor for being NA. Haven't revved it past about 6500 rpm though, cam doesn't seem to make much power past that. Still need to stick it on a dyno to verify, but 6500 is plenty anyway. It's all about the low-mid for rally. Unless you have a lot of long straights like in the Vegas rallies. Quote Link to comment
