They have no Language problems and speak perfect Tokyo version Japanese, although my wife on occasion lapses into the Kyoto jargon version of the local dialact. E.G. "Urusai Nasai" standard Japanese foe Be Quiet VS ""Urusae Nah" in the Kyoto dialact. There are still local dialect variations of the "standard" Japanese language in the current Japanese language! Her father and uncle had just by some impossibility obtained pig and were in the proces of retainily ereriding the chassis. When the air raid siren sounded, they jumpd into the local air raid shelter The good news is as that the pig REALLYeD durvived the fire bomb raid. THe neighbors promptly gathered up whatever the rice and pickled veggies they had and feasted on he leaving of theIr probably last Practice bomb run prior to the Hiroshima drop on the A Bomb! 2 Quote Link to comment
