datzenmike
I have to at least make the statement that a "Perfect road" should be one which you can use the full width of without worrying about a car coming the opposite direction at you from a blind turn. A perfect road, should have no speed limits, and no highway patrol or state police risk or presence, a perfect road should be extremely well maintained and have no potholes or bumps. For that reason, a "perfect road" usually has a start and finish line, and is normally found behind a fence. And I am DOWN, see you in the spring. No problem. Just use the usual road and stay in your lane. Yeah that can be very interesting. Think of it as a narrower race track. I can stay at the speed limit posted but corners have a suggested speed. It's not illegal to exceede this limit as long as you don't go over the posted limit. Driving 80KPH into a recomended 40KPH series of corners can be interesting and then there's the staying in your lane. 1 Quote Link to comment

paradime
The look of success in the 80s Corinthian leather is a term coined by the advertising agency Bozell to describe the upholstery used in certain Chrysler luxury vehicles. The term first appeared in advertising in 1974. Although the term suggests that the product has a relationship to or origination from Corinth, there is no relationship; the term is merely a marketing concept. The term was first used during the marketing campaign for the 1974 Imperial LeBaron, but the term is usually associated with the marketing campaign for the 1975 Cordoba and that campaign's celebrity spokesperson, Ricardo Montalban, who described "the thickly-cushioned luxury of seats available even in soft Corinthian leather." Despite the exotic origin suggested by the name "Corinthian leather", much of the leather used in Chrysler vehicles during the era originated from a supplier located outside Newark, New Jersey. 3 Quote Link to comment

Jesse C.
The Travolta car had a more normal interior and then Urban Cowboy came out. Barris saw fit to update to match Travolta's car to fit his new hit movie. And thus the Cowboy themed interior. But, one of these cars was also featured in the movie "The Jerk" And Playmate Dorothy Stratton posed with the same car 1 Quote Link to comment
