My beautiful NISMO header does not fit....... ..........had to come up with something fast cuz this had to be running by the end of last weekend.... Made a call to the local guy with the roadster I'm supposed to get back on the road for him.... .....he has a freshly built L20.....complete.....it was gonna be the trade for getting his car running.... .................so I asked him of I could rip the header off as a pre-payment...... when time permits you should swap headers, that collector is not nice looking, not saying the Datsun Comp part is great, but certainly much better than that ....a little massaging of the floorboard with a hammer will allow enough room. Or, you can simply box the floor :) it wasn't a floor clearance issue, but a block clearance issue. ^^......this......and it would've probably hit the floor also.....I should've taken pictures....... ......................but too busy trying to figure out what I was gonna do in such a short time with no monies..... My NISMO header was already about 1/4" from my floor board......and that's after I hammered the floor flat..... ......there is no way this one would've fit with the L20s being about 3/4" taller...... Sucks :poop: .......I don't like this header at all.......ruins my whole look of the engine bay.... ..........but it's what I got for now..... :hmm: Quote Link to comment
