LeX Posted September 7, 2008 Report Share Posted September 7, 2008 I got 2 rooms available in my place in Rome, GA it's a 4 bedroom 2 bath with basement, central heat / air, nice dining room, kitchen with granite tops newer nice appliances, washer dryer , breakfast nook, office/study at the front, etc. Rent will depend on if 1 or 2 people move in, but if it's one person you'd be looking at $350 a month and if it's two people $265 (plus util) there is no gas bill, it's all electric. we have comcast and wireless in the house too. bills are: water, comcast, electric -Alex Quote Link to comment
