TheShagginWagon
I just installed a B210 brake booster into my 510 with a 7/8 MC, front ZX calipers, and rear Maxima calipers. My question is, do I draw vacuum from that port on the side of the stock intake manifold and do I need to install a one way valve in between? Also what is a part # or brand for this valve as I don't recall ever seeing one Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
Its a power brake "check valve". Buy from Nissan. Manifold vacuum. Quote Link to comment
thisismatt
Yeah, you need the one way check valve. Not sure on the B210, but one that Nissan has used forever on loads of different vehicles is 47478-03B00 Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Yes I would run one. #47478-P0100 used just about everything, including the B-210) from '73 through '88 except the D21, 300zx, S12, S13 at up vehicles About $25 47478-03B00 is for the later after '82 D21, 300zx Sentra, Pathfinder, 240sx through 2004. Will probably work unless the hose size is different, after all vacuum is vacuum. Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
You can use a $6 GM check valve, just the hose sizes are different. Quote Link to comment
TheShagginWagon
Thanks, I put in the 47478-P0100, and it came back with 47478-03B00 at Nissanpartsdirect.com for $18 Quote Link to comment
