I got a;ll the fuel lines hooked up 1.5 gallons drained and 4 gallons in and the car would run then die (no fuel)

fuel filter would fill slowly when it was not running then run for a bit and die

pulled the lines tried to blow through with my mouth and it was restricted

so I clamped the hose on my blower end put vise grips on the blower lever and went to the back of the car at the fuel line from the tank very little air coming out of it with 135psi going in

shoved a piece of wire about 2 inches into the line and poof out came the clog hooked everything back up and she runs great

the timing was off about 15 degrees in the video

went to put the 1200 driveshaft in and the rear flange was to small for the third member flange

the housing looked to be changed to a 150 and should have had a 2mm spacer to line things up but didnt

so we put a 1200 145 third member in then went to replace the wheel cylinders and they were the wrong ones

a little more research and found out we have a 77/78 b210 150 diff and housing so we need to re install the 150 third member  and re order brakes and wheel cylinders

got new zx front wheel bearings and got the rear plastics installed

Jackie did some of the plastics with our friend Camerons help

will add some pics sunday

Are the lug nut holes on those wheels messed up? I had a set I painted identically to those ones, and they went to the keeper. I got them from a S13 autocrosser, but he used acorn nuts. Royally messed up the holes. I took my dremel and tried to make the holes round again.

these are your old rims

they left the keepers on one of his builds I dont remember the name of the car but it was blue

the guy changed rims and sold these to me but james actually picked them up from the guy because he was going there to do some work for him

they seem to spin true

my friend Cody came and helped me both days this weekend  THANKS CODY

we had many obstacles first it seemed someone had put a h150 diff into a 1200 housing without the 2mm spacer

so we put a 145 pumpkin into the housing when I went to install the new wheel cylinders they were not the right ones

I thought rock auto sent me the wrong ones but further observation showed the rear end was a 78 b210 h150 so the wheel cylinders and brakes I bought wont fit

my friend Grayson donated a b210 drive shaft so I had the correct flange and input shaft

THANKS GRAYSON

we bought new correct wheel cylinders and brake shoes and all is good now

Cody installed new zx wheel bearings/ seals/ rotors and brake pads

I did a quick tape measure alignment cuz it was all jacked up STILL NEEDS A GOOD ALIGNMENT AND SOME NEW FRONT END PARTS

car runs all gears are good rear end sounds good

friggin water pump is leaking though so a new one was ordered

we installed studs into the b210 housing

That is the 3.7 rear end. Will make the 1200 accelerate slow. I like 4.11s.

we will see how bad it is and go from there

swap rear end or bigger motor   hmmmm

she wants to keep the 1200 motor for now so we will see
