found these today at a local junkyard...off a 280Z...Aluminum and very light....pretty dirty and I didn't want to rub on them with him standing there, so I didn't see any markings

 

....Any Idea?

If they are "very light", and looking at the surface color, these might in fact be real Magnesium wheels. Don't rub! At least until you verify that they are NOT Magnesium, or you just might have a fire that you won't be able to extinguish with ordinary means. Look for ANY markings and google [or whatever took its place] to see if anyone can ID these.

No markings at all is pretty unusual.

The raw magnesium I've seen is darker when it oxidizes.   Might be the difference between Cali (drier) and Wash (wetter).

I had a set years ago on a 914, they were Westerns. They were also known as Gurney wheels.

 

The 914 wheels were 15" x 5.5(?). What size are these? I'd guess 14".
