sean1978
Greetings. I'm Sean and I run Carolinanissans.com. I figured I'd log in over here since you guys have some interesting projects. I have 2 cars that are Datsun/Nissan bastards: My 84 200SX. it's been converted to use S13 240SX front suspension and brakes. I put coilovers from an S13 onto it up front: 2nd 84 200SX, bought this one for my girlfriend, I don't have any pics. My roomate has 2 of the previous generation 200SX: I also own 2 240sx (S13's) and a Nissan Hardbody (D21) pickup Quote Link to comment

sean1978
Here's the Toyota engine he's been putting together in our garage. It's a stroker hybrid of some sort (I'm not too good with the Toyotas) Quote Link to comment
Mark_Z28
Looks like a 4AGE, the ones that are in the Corolla GTS's and early MR2's. Quote Link to comment
Icehouse
I like S12's never owned one but I've stolen parts off them :D I don't see the reason to upgrade to s13 front suspension? The s12 suspension is nice because a bump steer spacer can be added. Also widening the track width can be done with wider wheels right? Well unless you are worried about scrub radius... The s12 V6 sturts are bad ass to! allowing Z32 calipers to bolt on. Quote Link to comment
philip1
I've seen you around the University area and every time I do I nearly wreck looking at your s12 so clean so nice. Quote Link to comment
sean1978
If you have seen it latley it's been my friend Dave driving, he's borrowing it for a few months while his Chevelle is off the road in exchange for a fresh paint job this winter. You live near UNCC? Me an my roomate woud really like to meet some local people that are into older stuff. We would also love to have some more older stuff at our Carolinanissans.com meets (we do things like go out to eat weekly). Here's another guy's truck in our group. It's a 85 king cab 720 pickup. And here's my 240SX daily driver (on the left) at our cookout last weekend: Quote Link to comment

The s12 suspension is nice because a bump steer spacer can be added... Since he didn't answer you... :P Most of the S12 guys I know do the swap to make it easier to get off the shelf parts. There are a bajillion different kinds of fully adjustable struts for an S13. For an S12... do they make those mud flaps that say "Datsun" I got some off ebay about a year ago, so yes. ;) Quote Link to comment
Burabuda
what freak said ;) and when you use the front xmember s13 crossmember, makes it easy peasy to throw an sr into it :) Quote Link to comment
