MikeRL411
Nice one here: http://nissannews.com/en-US/nissan/usa/photos/1967-datsun-411 Re comment about shock absorber calibration - Gas Shocks go a long way to making the ride more comfortable. Monroe or Sears lifetime guarantee shocks are the way to go! Quote Link to comment

MikeRL411
Would you say it's better than adjustable air shocks? Yes! Part numbers I can provide on request. although they are in this mismash [i have previously provided Sears part numbers!] somewhere. Adjustable shocks are OK if you have an on board compressor and like to "jump" like on dubiously TV channels! Or have an live-in chassis repair person. Quote Link to comment
datO)))
Ok i would like to explore other options. What parts numbers do you have? My ride drives like s rock. So uncomfortable. Quote Link to comment
MikeRL411
Ok i would like to explore other options. What parts numbers do you have? My ride drives like s rock. So uncomfortable. I replaced my shocks still under warranty December of 1996. The front shock's stock number [as I remember which was the front] is 02897570, the reference is "Roadhandler Performance Gas". The rears are P/N 02897601, the reference is "Roadhandler Performance, Replaced by 98201" which may mean something to the salesman. If he is really confused, the 1972 stock numbers were 79298 and 79289. [Yes, the originals did last 24 years.] Keep your receipts! Good Luck! They do exist although the salesman may not believe it. 1 Quote Link to comment

Swedishcadillac
this is actually a 520 combi methinks (but I heart it) I'm reasonably sure that's one of Sprouts vehicles.... He probably has forgotten more about 410/411's than we know. http://autoshiro.exblog.jp 1 Quote Link to comment

]2eDeYe
My recent acquisition. Tabs expired in 94, I can only assume it sat in this shed from then til 2014. It sat in Georgetown for another 2 years after that. Back on the road where it should be. :) 1 Quote Link to comment
MikeRL411
Given the tail light arrangement and the front grill I am guessing a WRL411 wagon, probably 1967? Does the emblem beside the driver's headlight say 1600 or SSS? Quote Link to comment
