For other consumables, like jams n jellies, cheese, wine, they recruit master food preservers and master gardeners. But I’m guessing they want people who actually can assess the quality of the product, so that group is probably out.

 

If you want to sample the best that California has to offer n enjoy maybe a month or so of free weed, contact the state fair.

 

After the state fair next year, there will probably be new ads celebrating the California state fair weed winners. Maybe they will give out green ribbons instead of blue. Other suggestions are encouraged.

Released from a conservatorship:

 

California law says a conservatorship, called a guardianship in some states, is justified for a "person who is unable to provide properly for his or her personal needs for physical health, food, clothing, or shelter," or for someone who is "substantially unable to manage his or her own financial resources or resist fraud or undue influence."

 

Hopefully she has learned some maturity and can handle herself in the future. I wish her the best.

 

btw: not a fan, just my kids were her age so hard not to hear about her at the time.
