datzenmike Posted November 5, 2021 Report Share Posted November 5, 2021 Walked into town for some supplies. Made these when I got back... Scones!!!!! Buttery and hot. Not afraid to try stuff. Instead of cream I used a tub of strawberry yogurt and topped it up with milk, handful each of raisins and chocolate chips. Added 1/2 cup of oatmeal to the flour. Froze the butter before I left so I could grate it into the flour so it mixes faster easier and more even. Dusted liberally with sugar and baked 15 min.
