Almost no carbs at all. No vegetable oils so no margarine. No gluten Any amount of fat, meat, fish, cheese, eggs, bacon, non root vegetables, spices, (butter, yogurt, olive oil, coconut oil) sardines. Salads. Very little fruit, small amount of oatmeal.
