Nategreat923
I was wondering if anyone knew of a parts store that would carry fuel pumps for a 1981 Datsun 280zx Turbo. I cant seem to find any. Even a website would be helpful, thanks Quote Link to comment

banzai510(hainz)
The guy was kind of an oddball?????? arent most datsun guys. Z cars are direct injection so they need a good high pressure fuel pump. Heres where Datsun guys start putting the cars in the back yard when they see the price of these fuel pumps. Seen it before at the parts store!!!!!! What, How Much Its a datsun!!!!!!!! Quote Link to comment
nismopu
all the pumps are the same from the 280zx's, just like the z31's use the same pumps between turbo and non. peace. Quote Link to comment

John y
Most of these posts are very old. Can any one validate if the ZX &Zx Turbo use the same OE pump? Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
By part number they are close but I can't say they are the same with any assurance. The non turbo pump will work but at full boost and RPM the turbo would need about 50% more volume. Will the non turbo pump be capable of this? .... maybe. Quote Link to comment
