For a 'drop in' you need a short tail dog leg from a '77-'79 200sx that will fit where your short tail 4spd was. The dog leg is considered a bit weak but enough for an L16. It has a unique shift pattern that looks like this with reverse above first:

If you don't mind a little work a longer tail 5 spd from a '77-'79 620 truck, '77-'83 280z car or an '80 720 truck 2wd will bolt to your L16. Your front drive shaft will need shortening or possibly the already shorter drive shaft from any '74 to 70 620 truck could be swapped in at the same time. And the rear tranny mount will need to be modded.
