SRSANDS Posted July 31, 2008 Report Share Posted July 31, 2008 Hey guys, just dropped my L16 in my car and was messing around with the throttle and choke linkage. Seem like I have to fab up some mounts for both the throttle and for the manual choke. If ya got a minute can anyone send me some pics of how yours is set up........thanks. Not sure where to clamp the cable housing down on each to allow the cable to slide freely and do its job...:confused: Quote Link to comment
Phlebmaster Posted July 31, 2008 Report Share Posted July 31, 2008 Do you have a stock carb? This is what I used, if you can see it. For the choke I used ....hey wait. I have an electric choke sitting in my shed. Do want it?? You would get a mounting kit that includes a bar that you would bolt onto your intake manifild at the head (choke). Then for the throttle you will need to get a cable holder that either mounts to the base of your carb or attached to the manifold. Quote Link to comment
