Datsun 1000 sedan (211) not a 1946, '59 or later since it has the long side trim. It was at one time registered in OR so getting a title is not that hard. But finding parts, yeah a pain. Honestly, the price is also kind of high, these are not actually that rare and a few come up for sale every year, usually rust buckets but more complete. If he came down to like $500-600 wouldn't be so bad and wait to pick up another one for parts. I'd have the urge to slap it on a 4x4 frame just for shits and giggles.
