Step four:

On a 620, and possibly other models you cant keep the rubber surrounding on the back lights without cutting it or removing it becasue it gets in the way. So if doing this mod on a 620 I suggest just removing the black cover from the light housing.

there are multiple ways of doing this, and the way I will show you is just the option a personally use.

cut around this rubber piece, then pull the rubber off the light body and pull the chord thru and remove the rubber entirely.

you will be left with this

Forget this step if working on front fender lights, the rubber can be left on.

Step five:

Place lens on metal housing and set the whole assembly behind the body panel.

Run screws with washers through holes.

Secure with nuts from behind,

Maybe if the exterior was fitted with some thin black trim and or to cover those bolts and 'indentations' in the metal

im pretty sure a wash and buff will take care of that line and dirt pretty nicely...

you could probably use a bolt with a domed head that has no slot in order to get those screws looking smoother. they have them where theres a square  protrusion just above the threads to keep them from rotating, kinda like a small carriage bolt?

I like the flush clearance lights but removing them is illegal and unsafe. Their whole point is to make the vehicle visible to others in the dark and to tell front from back. Don't complain if someone T bones your truck while it's parked overnight.
