Looking for the common quarter panel patch

I have a 2 door and I need a patch for that area right behind the door to the wheel arch. After research I learned that the Alfa reproductions are not very good so anyone have any other options? I need to include part of the flare in the patch. I heard the Aussies might be doing it but I havent seen anything from them yet.

This on both sides, this side is worse than the other side.

What I will say, is that bending up a sheet of steel to make a rocker patch panel is easy, if you can find a sheet metal brake to use.

Isn't there an internal structure for strength so you can use that area as a jack point?

It's always best to jack a 510 from either the front or rear crossmember, and not the body. It's too easy to damage the body.

 

Being in Kansas is the hard part, you might have to find a non-Datsun person to lend a hand.
