Bad gauge cluster voltage regulator? Easy $2 fix.

Are your turn signals working???? They are on the same fuse as the VR. If working, then not the fuse.

I think this is the 521 VR. Remove and carefully pry the case off and clean the contacts inside.

UPdate on the 9 Volt Reg.

Since it seems like 8.6 is the actual voltage needed the gauge reads alittle higher on both Gas and Fuel.

maybe if one orders a bunch one could find the best of the bunch of a 7908 VR and see if reads higher and pick that one
