wow, so incredibly professional. Although the tools you use are of high quality to make something like that.

 

I remember 10 years ago people welding various plates of steel together trying to get something to work.

 

I just spent some time trying to find a pic.  Took forever just to find the old "discs on a kingpin" thread.  Dec 2004 is when that thread was posted and I was working on using Dodge D50 parts.  Or...already had and was working on a second version.  I'll see if I can dig up a pic sometime.....now that I have a time frame. :)

Any chance you are working on a billet Z32-NA caliper mount yet?

I've got some big brake designs that I'm looking to work on, but as of right now, I don't have any plans to use the Z32 caliper.  The steel ones are big and heavy and the aluminum ones are too much money and too hard to find.......at least the last time I looked.  Wilwood has a nice 4 piston caliper for about $140.  Did you see the brakes I built for Bory's 521....Datsstang?
