mklotz70
Thanks for the reminder! I've been meaning to weight them before/after! I'll try to do that this morning. Quote Link to comment
Bleach
wow, so incredibly professional. Although the tools you use are of high quality to make something like that. I remember 10 years ago people welding various plates of steel together trying to get something to work. 2 Quote Link to comment

I remember 10 years ago people welding various plates of steel together trying to get something to work. I just spent some time trying to find a pic. Took forever just to find the old "discs on a kingpin" thread. Dec 2004 is when that thread was posted and I was working on using Dodge D50 parts. Or...already had and was working on a second version. I'll see if I can dig up a pic sometime.....now that I have a time frame. :) Quote Link to comment
mklotz70
I still haven't found any pics of the very first disc bracket I made, but this is the prototype bracket for the HB parts that ended up on the NL320. These are from 2002....they've changed a bit. :) Quote Link to comment
G-Duax
Any chance you are working on a billet Z32-NA caliper mount yet? Quote Link to comment
mklotz70
Any chance you are working on a billet Z32-NA caliper mount yet? I've got some big brake designs that I'm looking to work on, but as of right now, I don't have any plans to use the Z32 caliper. The steel ones are big and heavy and the aluminum ones are too much money and too hard to find.......at least the last time I looked. Wilwood has a nice 4 piston caliper for about $140. Did you see the brakes I built for Bory's 521....Datsstang? Quote Link to comment
Bleach
Mike, did you ever do any brake upgrade kits for any of the Z-cars? Quote Link to comment
mklotz70
Mike, did you ever do any brake upgrade kits for any of the Z-cars? I never have. I avoided them and the 510's since there were already other companies doing them already. Quote Link to comment
