13" Racing Libre rims for sale

I've got a set of 13" Racing Libre rims from the 70's for sale. They are not perfect (about a 6 out of 10) but they work well. 

 

Tires are worthless and I'm keeping the center caps.

 

I'm looking to get $250 plus shipping. Or local pick up is always welcomed.
