Xnke Posted March 30, 2013 Report Share Posted March 30, 2013 Need the speedometer drive pinion and the retaining ball bearing from the tailshaft of a FS5W71B/C/H 5-speed transmission. Don't need the speedometer cable drive, but the gear that is retained on the shaft with two circlips. Lemme know what you got. Link to comment

Xnke Posted March 30, 2013 Author Report Share Posted March 30, 2013 Yep, that's the one I need. Converting an S15 6-speed over to mechanical speedometer drive. These are actually a really strong box, once the 4th gear circlip failures are eliminated; capable of 350RWHP. Without the circlip modification though, they are a ticking bomb at power levels over 300HP. Link to comment
