The condition is really not of much concern, i only really need the scoop from the center of the hood. So the edges having rust dones not matter to me. I prefer florida location but i will take what i can get. Even if you have a hood that does have the rust on the edges maybe the steel reinforcing can be cut off and mail me just the hood skin with the scoop section. That will save on cost.
