Bleach
very complete kit. Unique but not cost effective when compared to other locally available EFI Nissan engines. Link to comment

datsunaholic
what US car had that intake mani? any??? None. It was a JDM thing. Though some folks have made one out of a 280Z manifold (cut and weld) Link to comment
hang_510
None. made one out of a 280Z manifold (cut and weld) yeah, seen that. it hasnt made me change my mind...yet Link to comment
Bleach
what US car had that intake mani? any??? Are you referring to my comment? I said when compared to locally available Nissan engines. Why spend $750+ to have a SOHC EFI L-series engine when you can buy a CA18DE or KA24DE which were available in the USA much cheaper. Link to comment
Cuts metal like mad
$725 (US) + $275 shipping.... PHORK DAT! Thats a couple extra datsuns... Link to comment

KA24DE cheaper. exactly!!! part of the reason i havent gone FI. id like it to be an L, only if the $$ is right (FREE?) Cuts metal like mad
JDM? bleh... its a term I use to refer to "custom" work people do to cars that make them look ghey... Rare is nice... but having a heavy walet makes me smile, and empty one makes me cry. Link to comment
ssfwgn
I've seen intake manifolds pop up on the dime quarterly and on craigslist 200-500 dollars. all you really need is the intake manifold. you can use the comp from a 200sx and drill and tap a head. Dan G from DGR and Danny Young from fiveoneoh.com did those efi setups before they got into the SRs. I've come across two L-series efi setups in the last few years, next time I'll relay the message to the forum. Link to comment
