tacocharlie Posted March 15, 2013 Report Share Posted March 15, 2013 i recently bought my first 620 (1975 model yr.) after MANY yrs of wanting one. i want to swap into disc brakes on the front, but also on rears later. i need to know if the d21/h-body swap ine seen in other threads will work on mine, as its done on a later model, and i know there are some differences, but not what yrs, nor the differences. help!! i want this thing running and stopping when the snow melts and salt is off the roads!! The easiest way is to contact BEEBANI on here who makes adapters that bolt on and allow you to mount your own calipers. (probably D21s I don't know) Use the search button an type in 'front disc brakes for 620' 1 Quote Link to comment

yello620 Posted March 15, 2013 Report Share Posted March 15, 2013 I found it fairly easy to install the D21 spindles onto my 76 frame(same as your 75). But it did take a bit of custom work, however no frame modifications. Might even have pics of it all in my build thread(in signature). Quote Link to comment
