CharlieBucket
so i installed my weber 32/36 with the high-rise{i think} adaptor and the throttle cable is about an inch to short. if you hook it up it is reving to 4-5 rpms. i searched but came up with lots of similar things but couldn't really find my answer. so what do i do? this has to be pretty common right? it is a 1974 620 with stock L18. there is also a high pitched squell noise coming from it. but that is my second problem at the moment. {air leak?} Quote Link to comment
Phlebmaster
Do you have a way to post a pic of your cable??? You may need to get a cable holder that mounts to the carb base rather than the manifold. like this one: Quote Link to comment
