Misc. L ans Z series parts

Located in Marysville, WA. Willing to ship most of this stuff, and it's all obo!

 

Set of four (yes, 4) .020 over ITM pistons for a 280zx. The rings I have for them are .040 over, dunno what use they are but I'll throw 'em in anyway!  $Sold!!!

 

Open Chamber A87 head without cam, pulled from running motor, but appears to have been shaved  $40

Front Sump oil pan & pickup from a Z20E clean and in great shape save for a small dent near the drain plug  $25

Distributor from the same Z20E, complete minus 2 plug wires. Very clean, but I have not verified that it works  $Sold

 

 

L18 Pistons and rods, light rust but very usable. Buy these and I'll throw in an L18 block and crank (also very usable) for free!   $20

Brand new brake pads for a ball joint 620  $10

Early 620 wiper motor, L-series fuel pumps, 620 13/16" brake master cylinder, 620 clutch master cylinder   $5 a piece

And last but not least... custom L4 SU intake made from a cut and sealed L6 unit. Ran great on the L18 it was pulled from but you might need to poke a hole in the firewall to clear a float bowl. Very cool piece just... not my style  :)  $free!!!

It will physically bolt on but the two motors are mounted with different tilts to them. Oil pans bottoms are level with the ground so swapping a Z series onto an L series will be tilted

 

 

In the picture below the one marked 510 will be any and all L series oil pans. The one marked 720 will be a Z series oil pan. Putting a Z series oil pan on an L series will result in at least 18 and closer to 20 degree tilt on the bottom..
