Well it's a trade off. 32/36 has less parts to go wrong than multi-sidedrafts. Once set and dialed in either should run ok. A good rule is "Never over carb a motor" Basicaslly you will be happier with a carb that is too small than one that is too large. A side draft carb benifits from the air traveling in a more direct and straight line to the intake valve and are less restrictive at mid to high RPMs. A downdraft has to make a 90 degree bend plus share runners and works best at up through midrange. Multi-side drafts should (or might as well) have a bigger cam to make use if this advantage.
